Got a message from Kingston Council to say that an isolating resident is in need of a delivery from the chemist on Ewell road (one of many!) to her door step. So off I ran in the hot sun and enjoyed an excuse for a purposeful run! But had to run back home again as the beneficiary said she was about to have her afternoon nap and requested I drop it off a few hours later. So it was a perfect excuse for an evening cycle! In the end medication was delivered and mission accomplished!
