Four goodgymmers rolled up to the Glades on Sunday morning ready to help the team at the Green Hub continue getting the shop unit ready. Time for some sanding, hole-filling and then some painting. One of those mornings when there was a good visual return for a couple of hours effort and nice satisfying feeling all round. Tamasin's cookies and banana bread helped us feel good as well!
