On quite a balmy early Summers Day! I took the opportunity from having contract leave to help out doing the food parcels for Help the Aged!

I drove over to the Alive church in Norwich and had a good chat with the volunteers there! Speaking to Mrs D on the phone I made sure she had everything she required. The staff at the church were super supportive and organised. It felt a very rewarding thing to do

I dropped off the food parcels to Mrs D, there were quite a few so I wasnt able to get the exercise in that sometimes we can fit in, so had to drive over

Afterwards I felt I deserved a nice coffee in town with my friend Looking forward to doing some more of these X
