We started off the group run with it being VERY nearly daylight still, I thought we might set off in some sort of daylight but as we edged closed to 6.45 and the group began arriving, we began to lose the daylight. Not to worry, next week we'll be admiring the sunset from the top of Blythe Hill Fields on our run back to Glass Mill.
Tonight we were heading back to Crofton Park Library since before the pandemic and in that time they've had a huge refurbishment and the library looks completely different!
Our tasks for tonight were to:
The flyerers were back in no time, with one group even heading back out with more flyers.
I began to round everyone up with a 5 minute warning and hoping the flyerers would have returned in that 5min (spoiler alert: they hadn't). A quick search party loop of the area and Oli rounded them up just in time for the group photo!
A downhill run back to Glass Mill and time for a quick stretch and cool down.
Next week we're heading to Seniors to help work on the garden!
