Fife of us got together for an old favourite high intensity intervals session.
The session included burpees, reverse lunges, push-ups, tricep dips, squats and a chance to be a Super Man for few seconds.
After 22 minutes we were all sweaty and ready to take shower before dinner, or relaxation on the sofa.
