Millhouses Park was the venue for this evening's training session as we took advantage of the local streets and hills!
9 decreasing hill sprints followed by a looped recovery gave everyone a chance to push themselves as hard as they wanted, then regroup for the recoveries.
Some great grit demonstrated by everyone and we soon got into the groove and the last few (short) hills were out and out sprints.
We closed out the session by admiring the beautiful strava pattern our efforts had created.
