Kash and Sevan arrived at Mrs M's house in their Stetsons and western boots, looking a bit damp after their morning community mission at Horsenden Farm.

Mrs M said that it was too wet to do anything and that they should call it off, but Kash and Sevan were hardier than most mid-western folk and told her that they weren't scared of no rain. They'd promised to clean up her garden and that's exactly what they were going to do. Mrs M looked the two of them up and down, then allowed the two pairs of boots to squelch through her hall and into her back garden.

Mrs M's instructions weren't very specific, to tidy up the garden, so Kash and Sevan put their heads together to come up with a plan. They each picked a tool and got to work. Sevan with his trowel, scraping the weeds from between the paving stones and Kash bagging litter, including plastic items that crumbled as she picked them up. Kash then moved on to sweeping and using a hoe to scrape the edges of the paving, where layers of leaves and weeds had slowly decomposed into dirt.

Sevan went on to weed the lawn which was mostly covered in moss. Still, there was value in pulling dandelions and other plants from where there should've been grass. In the meantime, Kash was using the buckets of rainwater that had collected to wash down the paving, leaving it looking like new.

Throughout the mission, the rain had kept falling. Mrs M was impressed with Kash and Sevan's persistence when faced with the persistence of the rain. She was very grateful of the improvement in her back garden, despite the conditions.
