Chris, Rob and Fiona were back out running in one of Solihull's local parks, trying to find as much shade as possible to keep out of the heat. Can we finally say that summer is here yet?

This week we went off-road, finding some good trail running routes and running on bouncy boardwalks. 

Once back at base we had a quick stretch, then it was time to replenish all the sweat we had lost
