Hot and sweaty HIIT session!
6 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Bath.
- Tuesday, 2nd of June 2020
- Led by Bath runner
It was very warm last night which made exercising quite uncomfortable, but that didn't stop 5 from GoodGym Bath taking part in a HIIT session!
Some of us were in our gardens, some of us were in our kitchens and some of the runners even joined from Victoria Park (trying to social distance from an ice cream van that kept coming closer!).
In the latest addition of our weekly virtual fitness classes we did a 25 minute HIIT session that involved lots of cardio and bodyweight exercises. We did three big sets (4 exercises in each, repeated twice) and after each set we did 30 seconds of super-high intensity cardio work in the form of 'fast feet' or plank jacks. Here is the class we used for inspiration if you want to see some of it again!
We were all absolutely exhausted at the end but we were glad that we had put the effort in. Thanks to those who came along and please let us know if there is anything you would like us to change.
