With 4 people the tasks flew by.

We

• unloaded the van
• assembled the gazebos
• carried the heavy weights over to prevent the gazebos taking flight
• put out the tables
• strung up the bunting
• bungeed the signs

and even had a few minutes to untangle more bunting, before dashing of to Lordship Parkrun.
