A Tuesday evening Mission to help Mr S by picking up and delivering his medication.

The Mission was confirmed at 1pm and completed at 6pm - now that’s what you call GoodGym service!

Running in Central London at this time is a challenge without getting annoyed though, loads of swerving, undertaking and overtaking but in the end a nice 9k run 🙂
