This week’s lockdown challenge was an NHS inspired one, to see if you could take pictures of all the colours of a rainbow, within an hour’s long walk, bike ride or run, and to make it extra challenging, preferably with a theme.
David wasted no time and was the first to complete the challenge, taking it rather literally by finding ‘Support the NHS’ rainbows dotted about and used it as a chance to voice his opinion on NHS workers deserving a payrise.
Laurie was up next, taking on a ‘nature’ theme for her challenge, something that probably wasn’t the easiest given the time of year but she managed to pull it off.
Joel was next, seemingly finding Indigo to be a bit of a pain.
Rachel found the colours spelt out all over town and Andy found ‘signs’ on his walk around Chelmer Village.
Jenny and Sallyann completed their challenges on the Saturday with Jenny finding all her colours in Central park and Admirals park and Sallyann finding great examples of each colour on a walk around North Springfield and Beaulieu.
Rich and Myself left it late, logging our entries on the final day. Rich (still not managing to adhere to the time limit) unfortunately had a gremlin in his go-pro meaning all his hard work wasn’t captured, at least he seemed to enjoy his bike ride though.
After the farce of last week’s voting system we tried a new system for this week’s challenge. It was thankfully much better, thank you Doodle, although saying that there were still a couple of dubious voters.
However the winner receiving a copy of The Walking Dead Season 3 is..... Me. Guess I’ll have to give away as part of next week’s challenge instead which you can find here.
