I arrived at Mrs M, after covering half marathon distance, with a shopping list ready for me. I didn't hang about and popped into Co-op around the corner as instructed and gathered the pizza, fish pies, beef stew and sweet and sour chicken ready meals. Unfortunately no ham sandwich but that was soon solved with a trip to Morrisons across the road. I returned the shopping fairly quickly to Mrs M husband who was there waiting to inspect the shopping and I parted a short distance home with a productive day wrapped up.
