Ran over to Ms M's house for her first GoodGym shop. She was a little unsure of the procedure but I explained that it really is as simple as giving me the list and money, and I'd return with the shopping.

After a quick run to Balham, I filled up my basket with bird seed, biscuits and other bits and was soon back to a very grateful Ms M.
