My friend runs a local charity in Peckham. He has big visions to work alongside other Southwark charities. So he asked me to research and email any Southwark specific events / community events / charities that Pelican Plus can team up with. The hope is for them to organise (when safe to do so!) a festival to thank all the heroes - volunteers - carers and bring people together! So managed to find quite a few, then them into pdfs, email at least 30 organisations so not bad. I also updated volunteer databases to ensure the charity could see who continues to need support during this crisis!
