I once glued a fish to a wall....
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Hackney.

... Have you ever seen a fish stick??! That was today's mission: to buy fish sticks (and other essentials).
I spoke to Mrs H before heading out on my mission and she gave me a long list of essentials for her and her son who both have underlying conditions and have to keep safe inside.
I didn't have a great start - my bike tyres needed pumping, so I decided to get the bus, which I had to run after and missed. I eventually got to Morrisons with the long list and darted around the shop and worked my arms with a heavy basket. Lesson of the day - I now know all about fish sticks and how good a source of protein they are. Maybe I will give them a try myself! I managed to pick up everything except for sugar - the shelf was ransacked by people baking at home it seems.
Mrs H was really thankful for the help so she doesn't have to risk going outside. I had a little chat with her, at a safe distance and wandered back home in the glorious sunshine.
