On a breezy Tuesday morning three Goodgym runners met at a Baptist church in Clifton to help unload more beds for the winter night shelter. The van had arrived early before all the volunteers were there, meaning that most of the work had been done already by the early birds! It was a speedy mission, done and dusted before even getting to work for 9am ! Probably one of the quickest missions yet...and a successful one!
