Ms Y required a quick topup of her gas card to get her heating going again - and it took no longer than 15 minutes to sort out. We had a lovely little socially distanced chat on the doorstep when I returned with her card. In yet another lockdown, it seems that lots of the people I’ve done missions for recently are extra grateful for the help, and really enjoy a quick chit chat too! 🥰
