I visited Mrs D, of the Herbert the oxygen tank fame, today. She was in great spirits despite adding another ailment to her already long list. Yet, she had no complaints.

Instead, she wanted to chat about a variety of things from politics, strikes, best and worst hospitals in Berkshire, and Christmas gift shopping for all her family without getting off her chair.

Still a proper trooper!
