Today was a great day in Goodgym Bristol history as we beat our own record of mattress moving by 3 whole seconds, despite knocking over a fire extinguisher during the proceedings and there being no promise of pastries at the finish line..
We only have one more chance to shave off vital seconds so lets hope next week's team are up for the challenge ;-)
