With temperatures dropping to almost zero only the foolhardy would head outside for a run. Step up GoodGym Redbridge regulars, Pete, Alice, Tim and Trainer James who braved the cold and ran to a local paint recycling warehouse to mix paint and ran 7km in the process. Go Team!

With GG Redbridge regular Tim high on having just completed 50 runs (great work Tim), Peter only a few short of the magic 50 and Alice knocking on the door of 100 runs, this was a super experience GG team and it showed. In as little as 45 minutes the group sorted, mixed and relabelled 25 tins of paint for the Forest Recycling Project in Leytonstone. A job that Nilesh said would have taken him days.

With the task done it was time to return back to Wanstead House and ponder the question,

"who would play YOU in GoodGym the movie?"

With important first world problems solved the group ended the session with some deep stretching to ease the tired muscles.

A super fun task again this week and hopefully one that will motivate local runners to come along next Monday. There really is nothing better than the feeling of running somewhere to do good so if you haven't tried it why not give it a shot. You can sign up for next week's task here
