This is my 4th time shopping for Ms. F. As soon as I reached the flat around 1 pm, I checked the mailbox and got the letters before I go upstairs to Ms.F's house. Ms.F was delighted to see me. Got my brownie points for getting the mail. Ms.F couldn't see well with one of her eyes as her eye operation is postponed to next month due to the unavailability of the doctors.

Where are your wings? Dave said you'll get wings next time you visit me - Ms.F

Apparently, mission control informed about my 100 good deeds and wings to her and Ms.F was expecting the same. I promised to wear my Wings T-shirt next time I visit her.

So Ms.F scouted the shop last week and found out 2 of her preferred wines were on offer. Also, Ms.F couldn't cook as the hob stopped working. So she had to rely on the microwave for cooking. We went through the list and discussed the alternatives. There were 16 items to shop today.

After seeing the list I figured I need to cover every aisle of the Waitrose to get the shopping done. I had already memorized spots in the Waitrose shop from the last 3 outings.

I sorted the list in my mind and left the wines for the last as I'm not good at spotting the drinks in the supermarket. I got the 14 items within 10 minutes. Had to spend some time to find the Italian wine and New Zealand wine to finish the shopping.

Had to drop one of the wines as the total amount exceeded the £30 limit even after applying the Waitrose loyalty card and a £5 voucher. I went back and Ms.F was surprised that I finished the shopping quickly.

Yes. The lift worked today. That's 2 in a row now.

There was a thing going on with the lift. It sometimes works and sometimes breaks. Some of the goodgymers had the opportunity to add extra steps and extra arm workouts to their workout schedule whenever the lift doesn't sway their way. But not today.

I then started moving towards my second mission in Camden where we had to deal with Shakespeare
