Another very sweaty tabata sessions this week - how is 20 seconds of squats so hard!? What sadist invented burpees?!
All we know is we absolutely smashed 30 minutes of exercises - 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 4 minutes, followed by a 1 minute rest - phew!!
Sam is still the most enthusiastic at this one looking exactly like a cartoon jack in the box when we go for the air jacks!
Well done - tough one this week but hope to see you again next week for some more strength based exercises.
