Today was one of those days where it rained for what felt like the entire day! However, come 6:15 as we rocked up for our Goodgym session, the rain had stopped! (Goodgym luck). So, we ditched the waterproofs and brolleys and set out for our weekly dose of Goodgym exercise on a dry February evening.

Karen, Maurice, Nigel and Nicola opted for a slightly different circular route from the one we often do when we are at a Motherwell task. As always, we loved our catch up and chat as we did our walk. Chatting with my lovely Goodgym friends is one of the highlights of my week.

Back at Motherwell, we got started on our task (once we had managed to get into the building that is, lol!). It was a really enjoyable task this evening, a lovely job that you could do easily while chatting. We had to put hygiene products into bags and label them up, we also put together some boxes and other bits and pieces ready for Kate to distribute to her service users. I think we achieved more than Kate thought we might as we managed to get through everything!!

We had good fun and a good laugh as always and the time passed really quickly and before we knew it, we were done!

Well done everyone. Another great night's work helping a great local charity.

Have a great week. Lots of love, Nicola xxx
