It was a sweeping success
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Cardiff.
- Sunday, 4th of February 2018
Aimee and Rosie met on a sunny Sunday morning to run to Mrs R and help tidy her garden. Upon arriving, we commented on her lovely garden. We weren't even sure how we could help. However, she let us know that she needed some help sweeping the leaves, weeding between the paving stones, and filling the planters with compost. Aimee got started sweeping in the back garden while Rosie set to weeding in the front garden. After about an hour, we had finished and Mrs R was pleased with the progress in her garden. We then set off in the sunshine to run home.
