Sweet! 6 awesome runners completed 6.5km in total to run to Hanwell Community Centre.

Big shoutout to Lara for being so amazing and talented and helping to make this task amazing! We he-art you! Also, a huge welcome and thanks for visiting to Emilie, a GoodGym Richmond regular!

So we started at bodyline studios, discussing the excitement that was the Ealing half marathon! A couple of GG Ealing runners marshalled for the event and I participated so leggies were still a little sore! It was really an excellent half!

Lara had her art supplies at the ready and we were all excited to be inspired and create some art together!! Off we galavanted in the dusk, through a maze of Ealing streets incorporating some railway bridge step training and we were there.

Lara had already started on the art work and it was so cool!! The theme is related to geometric animal shapes as you can see in the pics! Everyone got their trace on and were making masterpieces. Rabbits hiding in the grass, a tiny dog, a majestic cat and a glorious stag! We were even regaled with a few ghost stories about the amazing old building where led Zeppelin once played!

We ended on a bit of speed drawing before t-racing back to bodyline! Graham is doing the Cardiff half this weekend, woop go graham! So he threw in a few sprints down the streets. The rest of us smashed it in a decent time and I feel so proud of all the running art creating legends that you are!! Until next time, I can't wait!!
