Report written by David Richards
It was a cool, blustery evening when the intrepid Good Gym participants braved the wild corners of deepest Hove at St. Andrews Church to offer more help to those in need. Tales will be told of Frannies 100th task, poems recited about Rosie's first adventure with us having battled previously in Wandsworth and stories written about Roy's (/runners/roy-hill)gallantry in running a half marathon at Goodwood. An olive tree was cut back, weeds on the path were fought with, grass was strimmed back to within an inch of it's life and ivy tussled with and repelled into a huge pile. The grounds of St.Andrews thought they knew better but didn't reckon with the merry band of men and women that are Brighton Goodgym. We came,we saw,we conquered.Susan, TTara, Frances, Roy, Rosie,Abi, Jacob, Sherman, Tabitha and even David. Names that will forever live in folklore. Huzzah.
We are a Christian church who want to Love God & Love Hove like Jesus
