Dark. Cold. Without equipment. It could only mean one thing: Extreme Litter Picking.

After much chat on Twitter from local organisations, GoodGym Kingston set to help get the #2minutelitterpick in action. Armed (handed?) with gloves, bin bags (thanks Laura!), and a jet-lagged Kate who had just arrived back from Canada 3 hours before, we got litter picking around Kingston Station.

It required much dexterity - which, with gloves on, felt that much harder - as the majority of litter was cigarette butts. BUTT we didn't stop there, as GoodGym don't just litter pick for 2 minutes, and filled the bags with food packaging, cans, bottles and a sorry-looking sketch book and stationery that had weathered some well... weather.

Great job guys - together we did 15 x #2minutelitterpicks and left Kingston looking a little less littered.
