Today I did a quick GoodGym mission to help Mrs C during my lunch break.

It was a short walk to deliver a prescription from the pharmacy and was knocked at Mrs C's door and dropped off the goods in no time. While I walked this one, I think I got my cardio in ducking and weaving through the Christmas markets of York 🎄😅
