As always, good to have an excuse for a lunchtime bike ride, dropping off assorted medicines for Mrs E and Mrs P. Their part of the docks takes you past the vast Tate & Lyle sugar refinery, which has been there since 1878, an interesting reminder of the area's heritage. Also, I assume it's because of this that I return home with bits of the Mary Poppins soundtrack stuck in my head.
