5 Coventry Goodgymers ran, walked and plogged 6km for our regular Coventry canal litter pick on a chilly Tuesday in January. We found the usual suspects, beer cans, plastic bottles and wrappers, as well as a dead rat and a train ticket which was particularly pesky to pick! We filled four bags with rubbish and did our bit to keep the canal path clean for people to enjoy.

Feeling pretty chilly after our litter pick, we farlekked our way back to our start point and heard the rehearsal for an city of culture event in the cathedral and posed for a photo or three. Well done everyone!
