No running for me this weekend after my latest clumsy moment meant I’m now wearing a “fancy” boot for the short term, instead I headed to the seaside to volunteer barcode scanning at Deal Parkrun.

It was a lovely morning of scanning 370 runners and walkers (not just me, there was 4 of us).

Next week I’m planning on making my timekeeping debut!
