I ran to meet Natalie this morning to move a fridge/freezer for Mrs S. We initially struggled to get into the building after getting silence over the intercom twice; we wondered if Mrs S had forgotten we were coming. Once we'd navigated to the correct flat, Mrs S was indeed in, with a friend and a engineer also present doing some work in the kitchen. We waited outside for the engineer to finish what he was doing and he kindly offered to give us a hand as the fridge was quite big! It ended up not being too heavy and was quickly moved into the next room. 15 minutes and we headed off on our way as Mrs S seemed quite distressed having people in her home. I hope it's more accessible where it is now and gives her more space in the kitchen.
