Keeping Sheffield Stainless
8 GoodGymers made their way 4km to help their local community in Sheffield.

Eight Goodgymers braved a chilly night in Sheffield and got their plog on.
We took a linear route from the Showroom down to Shoreham Street, the first of the two main litter locations to be tackled. Celine shone a light on the situation, illuminating the trash allowing the first of many trash jackpots to be tackled.
The team split in two, taking a side of the street each and meeting back up at the end junction, making a real difference along the way.
Now at location 2 the U-mix centre, Sliding Suze impressed with her ice skating skills and following advice from Stevie G-17 those without pickers took turns running laps of the centre. After a quick photo, and a bit more litter, a quick circuit of tri-dips, squats, press-ups and star jumps x 3 sets was completed.
We took advantage of the park trampoline, swings and zipline, before running back to the Showroom via Bramall Lane for a well earned drink.
