We had a top crew of Goodgymmers joining us for our Kenyan Hills training session today, located at the super picturesque Parliament Hill beauty spot!
As we were fortunate to avoid the rain, we used a steepish off road loop near the Parliament Hill track for our session. Less likely to be dodging pedestrians, and much softer under foot!
Our workout consisted of:
3 x 10 minutes (up and down hill loop), 3 min recovery (static or walking).
Smashing effort all around- followed by coffees and breakfast at the Parliament Hill cafe.
