Ah, finally. After a good month of alerts that almost give you a heart attack (nee-nah, nee-nah...), somebody who was referred to the NHS volunteer responders actually was in need of help (dozens of people before weren't). Ms A.'s whole household of 4 has caught the virus (the kids brought it home from school) and she was out of painkillers, so I swung by Morrisons and bought them few packets of Calpol and paracetamol. I hope they all get well soon!
