6 Awesome GoodGym members made their way to St. Paul’s food bank this evening to do some weeding and sprucing up of the outdoor area in preparation for their furniture sale on Friday.

Once again, we were blessed with good weather - not always guaranteed but there’s always something that is - fun, laughter, friendship and feeling good!

An amazing team who got stuck in and made the food bank look lovely and tidy again.
