The task seemed a simple one - ridding a flower bed of onions; the reality was a little different in that the ‘onions’ were something else, the pretty spring starflower - a different sort of bulb. The variety that Ms M had was really invasive though.

It was a mission that took longer than it should have done as the lovely Ms M and I chatted a lot.
