We thought we might be a little short of volunteers this Saturday at Frenford Food Bank. Luckily seasoned packers Jenny and Yasmine signed up with Linda and we had a very welcome, surprise appearance from Helene who offered her services as she happened to be at the centre. We even had a cameo appearance from Sharon who came to ride shotgun with one of the drivers.

Early arrivals Linda and Jenny made themselves busy squeezing a bit more on the shelves before the packing sheets arrived.

Once the Frenford and other volunteers got going on the packing we seemed to be finished in no time, even before the first driver..who turned up early!

And so began yet another round of refilling the shelves, this time we even found time to reorganise some of the shelves including tampering with the Tampons (long story) and creating a leaning tower of potatoes.
