Every GoodGym member is a local legend, but as the old saying goes, 'If it isn't on Strava, it didn't happen.'

So this week's challenge was to be a local legend and PROVE it!

Becoming a Strava Local Legend is nothing to do with pace or distance, but is purely the number of times a runner has clocked the same segment in the last 90 days. So it is open to anyone who is will to repeat themselves.

Well done to Pauline for getting out there despite a bad foot (please rest now!) and not quite clocking things right, but there's no denying she's a legend. Jo made light work of it and it was nice to have York's Louise involved this week too.

I had a poorly week but, not so humble brag, already own most of my local segments due to running circles in the dark during the January Challenge.

Great work everyone!

The Community Mission listed for this week is the FINAL challenge I will set as a GoodGym Area Activator so I hope lots of people will get involved. Find out more and sign-up here.
