I hadn't seen Mrs J since a week before Christmas, so we had a lot to catch up on. She had been to stay with her late husband's family for Christmas, which was lovely for her, and I think she had a good time. But back to normal now. As we chatted the skies darkened and it began to snow. Great big flakes. I was so glad that I had wimped out of cycling! Luckily the snow didn't settle for long, but it was a reminder that spring is still a long way off
