After a little confusion about the right address, I arrived at the right place and was welcomed by Ms L.

She got some replacement lights after creatively measuring the size at ground level, but wasn't able to reach that high to swap them - in comes Goodgym!

A ladder was waiting nearby, so the light got swapped out in seconds.
