I arrived early for course check to be 'welcomed' by litter everywhere, there had been an event in the park yesterday. After spending 15 minutes doing a small section of the course reinforecements from Lewisham Council joined me and between us got the Mountsfield Park parkrun ready. I found Excalibur abandoned, so maybe that makes me King of Catford. Almost spot on pacing during parkrun.
