Ms L wanted some help cutting back the bushes and thorns in her garden. I spent a very pleasant couple of hours, in both rain and shine, cutting them back while listening to my audio book.

Ms L came out regularly for a short chat, while I battled away at the brambles.

During this I discovered a tortoise hiding away in the bush. He looked pleased to be reunited with the rest of Ms L's ornaments as I left.
