A rainy Saturday morning saw two East London GoodGymmers, Rodney and Ben, head down to Mrs A's house in Bow to help move some items up in to the loft.

Met with a warm welcome from both Mrs A and her four lovely cats, Rodney and Ben set about shifting, lifting, stacking and arranging a few boxes, suitcases, lampshades and juicers into the loft, and had the job done in just a few minutes.

With Mrs A pleased, the cats intrigued and the house a little tidier, our two GoodGymmers ventured back out into the Bow air and went their separate ways.
