Mr J had his usual shopping list ready and waiting when I arrived. Asda was quite busy, but I'm getting quite good at knowing the quickest route and rarely have to double back on myself 😁 I was back with his food stuff and had our regular post shop chat.

Mr J had been unwell for a couple of weeks with a heavy head cold. Following a trip to the doctor, he was surprised to be told that his diet was the cause of his blocked nose... Mr J has diabetes, so needs to watch what he eats. Like most of us during lockdown, he has maybe eaten more than usual and has missed his daily trips out to play bowls. The result is that he has put on weight, which has then affected his health.

It is so important that we keep moving, get out when we can and enjoy regular exercise and fresh air.
