Gill, John, Duncan and Lucy all got to work on the Range at Worthing Leisure Centre and managed to paint about 20 metres of wall in just over one hour. Gill was straight up the ladder tackling the high spots whilst Lucy was cutting in. John and Duncan were busy with the rollers. There was just enough time at the end for a group exercise session led by Duncan and you can see the team were in perfect coordination
