Cardiff Junior parkrun celebrated its last event before its 8th birthday with an enormous 146 junior runners, 23 of whom were first-timers, and 32 achieved PBs (personal best!).

Michael and Flo were on Avenue 1 and 2 marshaling positions, with additional support on the 'cowbell' marshal position too.

Cardiff Junior parkrun cannot go ahead without volunteers each week, and Michael and Flo were there to help with all the achievements today.
