A lovely early plog along the Ravensbourne in Brookmill Park. There wasn’t as much rubbish as the last few weeks, partly because there haven’t been any high flows, but also because regular litter picking is making a difference! Lots of wildlife en route in this wonderful bit of inner London - 5 foxes, 1 kingfisher, 2 herons, 2 magpies and 1 crow (fed with monkey nuts in pocket). Plus a chat with someone I know by sight in the park about GoodGym.
