One GoodGymer set out, yet again, on what has rapidly become an obsession to remove all the litter from a rural road.

After garbage gathering in Ockwells Road for the last two days, but only making it halfway along before his bag was overflowing, Matthew was determined to finally rid the road of rubbish and make it to the end.

Equipped with litter picker and fresh bin bag, Matthew set out during the calm before Storm Isha blew into town, for his third attempt to grab all the garbage.

Unfortunately the litter louts had been hard at work and Matthew’s dream of clean was frustratingly thwarted by the sheer weight of waste.

Dejected he departed for home to sort his catch into the relevant wheelie bins. He was happy to have collected another bag full of discarded rubbish and to have walked 5km.

The multitude of mank was too much for one man again today, but he is already planning his next attempt.

Matthew you're a machine. You will conquer the mank - I believe in you!
